Wes Anderson brings his dry humour and visual ingenuity to this spectacular star-studded heist comedy, set in the old-world splendour of Europe between the world wars.

At the opulent Grandhotel Budapest, concierge M. Gustave (Ralph Fiennes) and his young protégé Zero (Tony Revolori) form a strong bond as they are drawn into a scheme involving the theft of a priceless Renaissance painting and a fight over a vast family fortune-while political turmoil engulfs the continent around them. Meticulously shot, the goofy Grandhotel Budapest is a poignant ode to friendship and the grandeur of a now defunct world. It's all rendered with bravura by an all-star ensemble that includes F. Murray Abraham, Adrien Brody, Saoirse Ronan, Willem Dafoe, Jude Law, Harvey Keitel, Jeff Goldblum, Mathieu Amalric, Tilda Swinton and Bill Murray.
